Returns & Refunds (Digital Products)

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final once the file has been delivered or downloaded.

Because digital downloads cannot be returned or physically verified after delivery, we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for digital products, except in the cases outlined below.

Exceptions

We will gladly assist if:

You experience technical issues accessing or downloading the file
The file is corrupted or incomplete
You received the wrong product

If any of the above occur, please contact us at risaluthor@rmmluthor.us within 7 days of purchase, and we will resolve the issue promptly.

No Refunds For

Refunds will not be issued for:

Change of mind after download
Accidental purchases
Failure to use or open the file
Compatibility issues due to unsupported devices or software

European Union Customers

If you are located in the European Union, by purchasing and downloading a digital product from Luthor Systems, you expressly consent to immediate digital delivery and acknowledge that you waive your 14-day right of withdrawalonce the download begins, in accordance with EU consumer protection regulations for digital goods.
